	Apple Pay	With Apple Pay, you can check out from your online store by using Safari on the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. You tap the Apple Pay button and use your Touch or Face ID and Apple Pay provides that information to the payment provider.
	Google Pay	Pay with your stored payment data on your Google Account. You tap the Google Pay button and Google Pay provides that information to the payment provider.
	Shop Pay	Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information so you can complete your transaction faster.
	PayPal	PayPal allows you to pay using a secure internet account. You simply add your bank account, credit card or debit card details and whenever you pay using PayPal, you can choose which of your cards or accounts it pays with.

Local Payment Methods:

	eps-Überweisung	If you select the payment option eps-Überweisung in the webshop, you will be redirected to a central list of the participating Austrian banks. After selecting your bank, you will be connected to the login of your corresponding online banking.
	iDEAL	iDEAL is a payment system used in the Netherlands, based on online banking. iDEAL allows you to pay online using direct online transfers from your bank account.
	KLARNA Pay Now	Direct payment method using your online banking details/account.
	KLARNA Pay Later	You agree to pay your purchase at a later date. You can choose between a two week or a two month pay-back schedule. Klarna pays for the order immediately.

Packaging:

All orders are packed as environmental friendly as possible. Please do not forget to recycle the packaging material or re-use delivery boxes.

Customs Clearance:

All goods are dispatched from  Graz/Austria, which is part of the European Union (EU). For orders placed within the European Union, VAT is included in the total purchasing price. Thus there occur no additional taxes and duties within the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, taxes and duties may occur. Any costs of import are note covered by the seller.

Tracking:

All shipments can be tracked by using a tracking code received by E-mail once the shipment has been confirmed. Please note, that in some cases no tracking is available due to specific terms of transport used e.g. letter.

Returns:

You can return your order within 14 days. Please contact our customer service and let them know if you would like to return your order or manage your return in your new customer account. In your return request, please include the product you would like to return and your order number. Please make sure, that the goods are in unused and new/original condition. The sealings must be in original condition as well as the product packaging. Please make sure that the goods are stored safely and no damages can occur while shipment. As soon as we receive your returned order, your money balance will be transferred back to you by the means of payment you have chosen for checkout. If used or damaged goods are returned, the order cannot be withdrawn.

Please note the following when making a return:

• Returns only accepted within 14 days after delivery.
• All goods returned must be in unused, original condition.
• Please contact our customer service for a return request.
• The customer bears the costs of goods returned to our AUSTRIAN warehouse.
