Instructions for return
You can return your order within 14 days. Please contact our customer service at office@rennbetrieb.com and let them know if you would like to return your order or manage your returns in your new customer account. In your return request, please include the product you would like to return and your order number. Please make sure, that the goods are in unused and new/original condition. The sealings must be in original condition as well as the product packaging. Please make sure that the goods are stored safely and no damages can occur while shipment. As soon as we receive your returned order, your money balance will be transferred back to you by the means of payment you have chosen for checkout. If used or damaged goods are returned, the order cannot be withdrawn.
Please note the following when making a return:
- Returns only accepted within 14 days after delivery.
- All goods returned must be in unused, original condition.
- Please contact our customer service for a return request.
- The customer bears all costs (including import taxes and customs) of goods returned to our AUSTRIAN warehouse.
Consequences of return
If you withdraw from your contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery or toll charges, without undue delay and at the latest, within fourteen days from the date on which we received the returned products. For this repayment, we will use the same form of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by you. You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the original goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
